66, passed on May 1st with his family by his side. He was the husband of Donna L. (Bertenshaw) Heroux, they have been married for 48 years.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Raymond and Margaret (Martel) Heroux.
He was a home improvement specialist, working side by side with his brother Raymond, his best friend, at the families "Heroux Home Improvements" .
Besides his wife and brother he is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Heroux of Pawtucket and was the father of the late James M. Heroux. He is also survived his sister, Mary Dubious, five grandchildren, Tailor, Jared, Jocelyn, Gina and Abigail, an aunt, Rita Martel-Adams, and several nieces and nephews. James was an avid Patriots fan, loved to fish, enjoyed antique cars and was a perfectionist workaholic.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, May 6th from noon until 2pm followed by a service at 2pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. www.thekeefefuneralhome.com
